Edge Cases
Impossible to predict every possible turn,
each potential use, always the unexpected
waiting, waiting, to catch you unawares,
throwing the best laid plans into turmoil.
Glitches compound, impossible, improbable,
though rare, stand out, shimmering faults
overshadowing the normal, the expected,
mundane events the majority of our life,
yet they all too often remain unnoticed.
